Our goal is to help and provide foot pain relief. We provide you with a full 6 months to try out your new custom orthotics. If you are not fully happy with them by that time, you can return them for a full refund. Also, if the fit is not just right the first time for any reason, have peace of mind knowing that we offer free adjustments within the 1st 6 months.
1. 6-month Money Back Guarantee
Your 6-month Money Back Guarantee lasts 6 months from the day you receive your custom orthotics.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 6-months from the day you receive your custom orthotics. If 6 months have passed since you received your custom orthotics, we can’t refund you.
NOTE: The Rush Program fee of $80 is non-refundable.
To start your return, please call 888-506-7846 or email by clicking here. We will email you a prepaid return label to send your custom orthotics back to us.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned orthotics and to confirm that your return has been processed. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt or faster.

Order Cancellations
Received the foot impression kit and changed your mind? No worries. After orders are captured in our system if you want to cancel your order, please email us by clicking here and we will process a refund right away.
