Tracings of the insoles from the shoes you will be wearing your orthotics in will help make sure the orthotics fit well into those shoes. Just like your feet, each pair of shoes are different.

If you would like to provide new ones from what we have on file, please provide one of the following:

  • Good

Provide a tracing of the insoles inside the shoes you will be wearing using a standard piece of paper. (Traditional size is the Letter (8.5 x 11 inches))

Scan it and then email a copy to us after you place your reorder. A link will be provided/emailed when the reorder has been submitted to contact us.

  • Better

Mail us the insoles from inside the shoes you will be wearing your orthotics with. Contact us after you place your reorder so we can send you a prepaid label. A link will be provided when the reorder has been submitted to contact us.
